OrbisCR was founded by Fazal Subhan, a PMP-certified project director with more than 20 years delivering EPC, civil infrastructure, and oil and gas programs in the GCC, including five years as Managing Director of GEMC LLC, a UAE contractor. He has spent his career at the intersection of complex project delivery and the technology that makes it possible.
